CIBIS (Crematorium Informatie en Begraafplaats Informatie Systeem) is the package that offers automated support for the administration of crematoriums, cemeteries, and funeral homes.

With CIBIS, you will have online access to your administration in a private cloud environment. CIBIS supports the entire process, from registration of the deceased via the funeral director to everything related to the viewing, the planning and ceremony arrangements, the use of hospitality facilities, invoicing, notifications, memorial keepsakes, and location management. CIBIS uses one environment to manage various crematoriums, cemeteries and funeral homes; as an integrated system or via multiple locations.

CIBIS realises a seamless integration with your financial administration. If offers a wide range of standard reporting options that can be extended with your own customised reports. The organisation can configure all kinds of other aspects as well – from authorisations to forms for input and modifications, search entries, search fields, presentation, and the sorting of search results.
OVERVIEW
The CIBIS system operates with central files. A source document is compiled for each deceased person. Via this source document, all sorts of information about the deceased is immediately available, such as the delivery, viewing, ceremony, use of the hospitality facilities, release, cremation or burial, the funeral director, the rights holder, memorial keepsakes, notifications, invoicing, notes, and actions.
EXTENSIVE LOCATION SYSTEM
CIBIS operates via a flexible and extensible location system used for columbaria, urn cellars, urn walls, ash scattering fields, or cemeteries. Every location has its own layout. The users can see at a glance which locations are available or taken and coordinates can be added to the different locations. The location system can also be extended by integrating it with Google Maps. With this extension, people can search for the location of the deceased within a specific area or, once located, this information can be presented on a Google Map.
ORDER FORM
With the CIBIS order form, a web environment is created that allows the funeral director to fill in the order form digitally. Thanks to a link between this web environment and CIBIS, the entered data are immediately generated in CIBIS. As soon as a staff member has reviewed and supplemented the input, the funeral director receives an automated confirmation email.
CONFIGURATION COCKPIT
With the Configuration Cockpit, a powerful tool for the application administrator, the organisation can make optimal use of the flexibility that the configuration of a CIBIS environment offers. The most frequently used application administration functions are offered via a well-organised dashboard. With just one click, authorisations can be granted, the Content Management System can be accessed, reports and choice lists can be defined, and category systems and search entries are compiled. Other functions will be found at a glance in the overall menu.

NO USER LICENCES
The CIBIS platform does not require user licences and has no limitations on the number of collections or segments. This makes the platform exceptionally suitable to share between multiple locations.

The environment complies with broad international information security standards such as ISO270001 and NEN 2082. CIBIS requires a secure SSL (https) connection.
SLA FOR MAINTENANCE, SUPPORT AND HOSTING
CIBIS includes an SLA for maintenance, support and hosting. There are no restrictions on the amount of support or the number of notifications.
MULTIMEDIA
CIBIS is a multimedia information system. This means that images, audio/video, documents, etc. can be linked when this is useful and desired. CIBIS also offers media viewers for the presentation of footage and images so that the multimedia content can be instantly viewed and/or heard.
Extensible
New modules, services, and links with/to external systems make CIBIS endlessly extensible and ready to meet future needs and requirements.
